Due to the substantial weight (approximately 2600 lbs), customers purchasing SBR Bulk Bag Kits will need to be equipped with heavy machinery (e.g., a forklift) to safely unload the shipment. At Surface SynX, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Should a return be necessary, the following policy applies to all our products, including multi-sport courts, basketball hoops, Rubberflex products, Car Trax, Rubberbox, and Trylawn Turf synthetic grass.

1. Return Eligibility

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 15 days of the product's delivery date.
• Condition: Products must be new, uninstalled, unused, and returned in their original packaging, including all components and accessories.
• Non-Eligible Products: Multi-sport courts, basketball hoops, Rubberflex products, CarTrax, Rubberbox, and Trylawn Turf synthetic grass that have been installed, used, cut, assembled, mixed, or modified are NOT ELIGIBLE for return.

2. Adhesives and Granules

- Adhesives ( FINAL SALE ) :

No returns are accepted on any type of adhesive, including but not limited to:

• Rubberflex adhesives
• Urethane-based synthetic turf adhesives
• Rubberbox adhesives used for rubber roll installations

These products are considered final sale with no exceptions.

Reasoning for Non-Return Eligibility : Adhesives and bonding products are sensitive materials whose performance can be affected by factors beyond Surface SynX’s control, such as:

• Temperature fluctuations during transportation or storage
• Exposure to freezing conditions, excessive heat, or moisture
• Handling conditions after delivery
• Opening of the container, even without apparent use

These factors may alter the quality, viscosity, curing time, and bonding strength of the product, making resale or safe reuse impossible. For reasons of quality assurance, performance reliability, and compliance with installation standards, Surface SynX cannot accept returns on any adhesives or bonding products.

EPDM and SBR Granules :

EPDM granules and SBR granules may be returned only if they are:

• Unused
• In their original, sealed packaging

Returns of EPDM and SBR granules are subject to a 20% restocking fee, calculated on the product’s purchase price.

3. Return Authorization

All return requests must be approved in advance by Surface SynX. A return confirmation is required prior to sending back any product. Products returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

4. Restocking Fees

Unless otherwise stated, all approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, calculated on the product’s purchase price. This fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

5. Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including freight, insurance, and handling charges. Surface SynX is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.

6. Refunds

Once the product has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Restocking and shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days following inspection.

7. Non-Returnable Products

Custom products, special orders, personalized items, all adhesives (Rubberflex, urethane-based synthetic turf, Rubberbox), and clearance or discounted items are considered final sale, unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Defective Products or Order Errors

In the event of a defective product or an error on our part, the customer must notify Surface SynX within 7 days of receipt. Surface SynX reserves the right to offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

Scope of Warranty

Surface SynX guarantees that the installation of its products is carried out:

• According to industry standards
• In compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications
• In accordance with the plans, quotes, and applicable technical recommendations

This warranty covers installation defects only and excludes product manufacturing defects, which are covered by the respective manufacturer warranties.

Warranty Period

The installation warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the completion date of the installation, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Product-Specific Sections :

Court X – Multi-Sport Courts

The Court X installation warranty covers:

• Proper assembly and securing of tiles or sports surfaces
• Leveling and alignment of modules
• Surface stability and joint conformity
• Installation of court markings, where applicable

Specific exclusions:

• Ground movement, settlement, or foundation cracks
• Damage caused by improper use or non-recommended equipment

Hoop X – Basketball Hoops

The Hoop X installation warranty covers:

• Secure anchoring of poles or structures
• Overall structural stability

Specific exclusions:

• Damage caused by abusive use (hanging, excessive swinging)
• Accidental impacts (vehicles, heavy equipment) and any impact on the backboard caused by anything other than a basketball
• Normal wear of nets and moving components

Trylawn Turf – Synthetic Grass

The Trylawn Turf installation warranty covers:

• Proper preparation of the base (when included in the contract)
• Installation of turf, seams, and fasteners
• Correct application of adhesives and joining strips

Specific exclusions:

• Ground movement or inadequate drainage
• Damage caused by sharp objects, vehicles, or animals

CarTrax – Garage Tiles

The Car TraX installation warranty covers:

• Assembly and interlocking of tiles
• Alignment and stability of the flooring
• Installation according to recommendations for residential or commercial use

Specific exclusions:

• Stains caused by harsh chemicals
• Damage due to loads exceeding recommended limits
• Concrete movement or foundation cracks

Rubberbox – Rubber Gym Flooring

The Rubberbox installation warranty covers:

• Installation of rubber tiles or rolls
• Proper application of adhesives (when required)
• Alignment, seams, and floor stability

Specific exclusions:

• Initial odors from rubber materials
• Normal wear from heavy training use
• Damage caused by unprotected or dragged equipment

Conditions of Validity

To remain valid:

• Installation must be performed exclusively by Surface SynX or an authorized installer
• All usage and maintenance instructions must be followed
• Any issue must be reported in writing before the warranty period expires

Claims Procedure

Surface SynX reserves the right to:

• Inspect the site (Area worked on)
• Correct, repair, or replace the affected portion at its discretion if an installation defect is confirmed

Limitation of Liability

Surface SynX’s liability is strictly limited to the correction of the confirmed installation defect.

Surface SynX cannot be held responsible for any damage or breakage on the worksite, including but not limited to:

• Electrical wires
• Water, gas, or other underground pipes
• Existing infrastructures not identified or located prior to work

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all underground installations are clearly marked before work begins. Surface SynX will not be liable for indirect, consequential damages or loss of use.

1. Warranty Duration and UV Color Fading Tolerance

Game Pro and Rubber Game multisport tiles are covered by a limited six (6) year warranty from the original date of purchase against premature UV-related color fading under normal use conditions.

For the purposes of this warranty, UV-related color fading of up to five percent (5%) per year is considered normal and acceptable and does not constitute a manufacturing defect. Color variation or fading within this tolerance, whether gradual or cumulative, is an expected characteristic of outdoor-use products exposed to sunlight and environmental conditions.

Warranty coverage applies only in cases where UV-related color fading exceeds five percent (5%) per year under normal use conditions, as determined by the manufacturer.

Over the six (6) year warranty period, cumulative color fading of up to thirty percent (30%) shall be considered normal wear and is excluded from warranty coverage.

2. Line Marking Warranty

The line markings (painted or applied game lines) on Game Pro and Rubber Game tiles are warranted for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation against premature wear, peeling, or abnormal discoloration under normal use and maintenance conditions.

This warranty does not cover fading or deterioration caused by excessive sun exposure, chemical agents, mechanical abrasion, improper sports equipment, or the use of non-recommended cleaning products. In the event that a tile’s line marking requires touch-up or reapplication, the customer shall be responsible for all handling and transportation costs to the manufacturer’s facility.

3. Performance Characteristics – Rubber Game (Pickleball)

When used for the construction of pickleball courts, Rubber Game tiles provide a semi-permanent playing surface with a slower ball bounce, suitable for beginner or intermediate players.

This play performance is intentional and consistent with the product’s design. It does not represent a defect and shall not be grounds for any warranty claim.

4. Coverage

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects related to material durability and UV-related color fading, as defined herein.

Labor, installation, travel costs, shipping fees, and any incidental or consequential damages are not covered.

5. Exclusions

This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Normal wear and tear;
• Improper installation or installation not performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions;
• Misuse, abuse, or inadequate maintenance;
• Exposure to chemicals, solvents, corrosive cleaning agents, or other harmful substances;
• Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, fire, flooding, or natural events;
• Any modification or alteration not authorized by the manufacturer.

6. Warranty Conditions

To be valid, the tiles must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation guidelines and used solely for their intended purpose.

All warranty claims must include proof of purchase and clear photographs showing the alleged defect.

The manufacturer’s responsibility is limited solely to the replacement of the defective product or, at its discretion, the issuance of a credit equivalent to the value of the affected product.

7. Limitation of Liability

No other warranties, express or implied, are provided, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer be liable for economic loss, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Surface SynX warrants that, under normal use and proper installation, the structural components of each HoopX basketball system (the “Product”) are free from defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the Product, subject to the conditions set forth below.

2. Eligibility

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser who acquired the Product from an authorized Surface SynX retailer or distributor. It is non-transferable and becomes void upon resale or transfer of the Product.

3. Conditions for Validity

Coverage is valid only if the HoopX product has been installed in accordance with official Surface SynX guidelines, used exclusively for private residential purposes (e.g., a home driveway or backyard), and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions.

4. Warranty Claim

Any warranty claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem. Surface SynX reserves the right to request photographs, physical samples of the affected parts, or the return of the Product for inspection, subject to the issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Shipping and transportation costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

5. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse of the HoopX product, improper installation, negligence, accident, modification, commercial or institutional use, nor cosmetic wear (such as rust, discoloration, scratches, noise, or minor cracks).Also excluded are:

• Normal wear and tear or natural aging of the HoopX Product.
• Damage caused by environmental factors (chemicals, salt air, sand, etc.).
• Damage due to natural disasters (“acts of God”) such as strong winds, lightning, flood, or earthquake.
• Non-structural accessories (pole padding, glass backboards, nets, etc.).
• All labor, installation, travel, or transportation costs.

At Surfaces SynX, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Surfaces SynX guarantees that all synthetic grass supplied is free from defects in materials or workmanship that result in premature wear, provided the product is used under normal conditions.

If, during the first year following the date of purchase, the turf exhibits a material defect or abnormal discoloration due to exposure to natural ultraviolet (UV) rays, Surfaces SynX will, at its sole discretion:

1. Replace the affected area at no cost; or
2. Issue a credit equivalent to the original material cost of the affected synthetic grass.

UV Stability Definition: UV stability is deemed to have failed only if the product's initial tensile strength decreases by more than 50%.

Prorated UV Warranty (Discoloration Only)

If Surfaces SynX issues a credit rather than a replacement, the credit applies strictly to the affected area. The credit amount is calculated as a percentage of the purchase price of a new turf of equivalent quality (invoice required), based on the following schedule:

• Does not include installation costs, labor, or issues resulting from improper installation or unsuitable soil/sub-base conditions.

Warranty Exclusions

The Surfaces SynX warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Natural degradation or matting over time.
• Improper Use: Damage caused by incorrect installation, negligence, accidents, abuse, or use of inappropriate footwear (e.g., metal cleats).
• Solar Magnification: Burns or melting caused by sunlight reflection from windows (glare/magnification).
• External Factors: Damage from chemicals, harsh cleaning agents, tobacco products, fire, floods, vandalism, or acts of God.
• Animals & Odors: Damage caused by pets or wildlife, including odors from urine or feces.
• Commercial Use: Any loss or degradation resulting from non-residential use.

Non-Transferability

Warranty Coverage:

• 1-Year Limited Warranty: CarTrax tiles are warranted against manufacturing defects and material failures under normal residential or commercial use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
• UV Fading: Our tiles are designed to resist UV degradation. However, a natural fading rate of up to 5% per year is considered normal and acceptable for up to five (5) years from the date of purchase. This gradual fading does not constitute a defect.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover:

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Physical Abuse: Including but not limited to impacts, heavy dropping of objects, excessive force, or improper installation.

Claims Process:

Surface SynX reserves the right to inspect the product and determine the validity of any claim. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, at our discretion.
